Union City Lazy Boy
This project involved land planning as part of the successful Union Landing retail project in Union City. Ultimately, Pegasus Development took this project through to the entitlement stage to create an opportunity for Lazy Boy to buy the site off Dyer Street. The 28,000 square foot retail center is ideally situated in the Union Landing retail center off Highway 880 between Whipple Avenue and Alvarado Niles Road Exits.
