Cordes Ranch

Cordes Ranch, which has been added to the city of Tracy’s Sphere of Influence (SOI), is a 1,600 acre proposed development. The proposed land use planning includes a mixed use of General Commercial Retail, Highway Commercial, General Industrial, Limited Industrial and open space. The project is one element of Tracy’s General Plan and vision to create a balance of new retail and job creating commercial development.
